2. II (10:22)
3. III (08:02)
4. IV (09:17)

Total Length: 38:13

Upon first glance, this album seems like something I’ve heard plenty of times. The unnamed track names, the mixture of acoustic sections and heavy sections, and lengthy track times. There is a difference here, a feeling of beauty that comes from this. Everything is melodic and well placed. I of course starts with an acoustic piece, but after that the riffs sound very nice and the vocals are partially hidden but still melodic. The rest of the song is great as well.

Things move smoothly into II as there is some nice rain samples behind the acoustic guitars, and the riffs/melodies are fantastic. III is similarly great and highly enjoyable. IV is the highlight for me, everything is perfect here. There’s even a section that seems to focus on the bass, a rarity in this genre. I had kind of forgotten about this album and I need to pay more attention to it.

Final Rating: 8.5/10
